Product Lead Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Lead Engineer based in Brazil. This is a senior technical leadership role responsible for guiding engineering direction across multiple Agile Scrum teams within a product area. You will serve as the primary technical authority, making implementation decisions and maintaining consistently high engineering standards. The role combines hands-on software development with mentorship, architecture ownership, and end-to-end delivery leadership. You will work across backend, frontend, and mobile platforms while helping teams navigate complex technical challenges and ambiguous requirements. As a player-coach, you will contribute production code while raising engineering quality and capability across the wider team. The position also offers significant ownership of critical product areas and the opportunity to strengthen team resilience through knowledge sharing and cross-training.
