As a Product Engineer, you will lead the technical development of products within the Organized Spaces category, helping transform design concepts into high-quality, functional products.You will guide products throughout their development lifecycle while ensuring they meet established quality, safety, performance, and compliance standards.The role combines technical expertise, product development, engineering judgment, and close collaboration with design, sourcing, merchandising, quality, compliance, and vendor teams.You will define technical specifications covering materials, construction, dimensions, fit, function, and performance requirements.You will also identify manufacturing challenges, recommend improvements, and help optimize cost, sustainability, assembly, and return on investment.Working in a collaborative and innovative environment, you will help ensure products consistently deliver the intended balance of style, quality, functionality, and value.
