Product Engineer (Consumer, Design-Heavy)

ABOUT THE ROLE Own the full lifecycle of consumer products, from identifying user opportunities to shipping polished experiences and learning from real-world usage. This role combines product strategy, design, and full-stack engineering, with direct ownership of product quality and user outcomes. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Define product positioning, scope features, and identify the smallest complete version to build. - Design consumer experiences, including onboarding flows, interfaces, and product copy. - Build frontend and backend systems using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js. - Implement APIs, SQL data models, authentication, payments, and subscriptions. - Set up analytics, experimentation, and production monitoring to measure engagement and retention. - Deploy products, debug production issues, and maintain reliable core functionality. - Use user feedback and retention data to guide iteration and product decisions. - Ship polished MVPs or substantial product iterations in approximately 3 to 7 days.
