Product Engineer (AI / Full-Stack)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Engineer (AI / Full-Stack) based in Canada. This is a high-autonomy product engineering role for someone who enjoys taking ambiguous customer problems from discovery through production.You’ll work across the full stack while helping shape an AI-first product built around the future of customer research.The role combines customer discovery, product thinking, rapid prototyping, engineering, and post-launch validation.You’ll build with technologies spanning Rails, React, TypeScript, realtime experiences, voice agents, analytics, and LLM-powered capabilities.AI agents are embedded deeply into the engineering workflow, with strong expectations around judgment, quality, and ownership of shipped work.You’ll work closely with founders, product, design, customers, and engineers in a remote, async-heavy environment with minimal ceremony.This is an opportunity to have substantial influence over both the product and the way AI-native software is built.
