About The Team

The Ecosystem team is a lean, high-impact squad operating at the intersection of product strategy, business development, and external innovation. Working closely with Life360’s VP of Product, this team is focused on identifying, testing, and scaling new value propositions that emerge from integrating external partners’ data and experiences into the Life360 product experience. This is early-stage, entrepreneurial work — you will define the playbook as you go, moving fast and staying close to customers and partners to learn what creates genuine value for families and validating your assumptions.

About the Job

This is a senior individual contributor role. As Product Director of Ecosystem & Partnerships, you will report directly to the VP of Product and evolve the ecosystem strategy for Life360 — defining which external partners, integrations, and platforms can meaningfully expand the value we deliver to members and their families.

You will operate in zero-to-one territory: building hypotheses about how partnerships can unlock new use cases or deepen engagement, designing lightweight experiments to test them, interpreting the results, and determining what’s worth scaling. You will work hand-in-hand with Life360’s BD team to evaluate potential partners, shape integration concepts, and bring the most promising opportunities to life as product experiences.
