ABOUT THE ROLE This is a Product Designer role at an early-stage fintech company building global trust infrastructure and digital identity solutions for businesses. You'll join an experienced design team and sit at the heart of product strategy — exceptional design is a core differentiator, and your work will directly shape user conversion, retention, and the foundations of design culture as the team scales. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and maintain a modular design system that powers both live product implementations and Figma prototypes. - Design complex, multi-step onboarding flows tailored to modular customer needs. - Apply a conversion-focused mindset by measuring, testing, and iterating on every step of the user experience. - Prototype quickly and systematically, incorporating customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. - Collaborate closely with front-end and back-end engineering teams to ensure designs translate seamlessly into production. - Shape design culture by establishing standards and patterns that help the team grow effectively.
