Product Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Designer based in Canada. This is an opportunity for a Junior Product Designer to help shape intuitive digital experiences across a global workforce platform.You will transform real user problems into clear, accessible, and scalable product experiences.The role spans the full design lifecycle, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity interfaces and implementation.You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and operational stakeholders in a distributed, remote-first environment.You will contribute to a growing design system while helping simplify complex workflows and business processes.The position offers meaningful ownership alongside mentorship and exposure to product development end to end.Strong design thinking and portfolio quality are prioritized over a specific number of years of experience.
