Product Consultant

Callibrity is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is remote based but must work on U.S. Eastern or Central Time working hours. Will not consider non-US based candidates.

At Callibrity, our Product Consultants are embedded partners, working alongside stakeholders, users, and technical teams to identify the right problems and ensure the right solutions are designed, built, and delivered. We don’t just “gather requirements”; we uncover opportunity, clarify direction, and help teams move forward with confidence.

The Product Practice at Callibrity takes a holistic approach to product consulting. We blend research, strategy, design thinking, and product definition into a unified practice. We collaborate closely with development throughout the delivery process to ensure the original vision is executed effectively, and we adjust along the way to reflect real-world constraints and user insights.

 

You are a multi-disciplined consultant with a strong foundation in user-centered product thinking. You’re comfortable facilitating workshops, interviewing users, mapping flows, iterating on wireframes, and shaping product roadmaps. You know how to balance business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility, and you're energized by client collaboration.
You're not afraid of ambiguity, and you believe the best outcomes come from shared understanding and clarity up front. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and think strategically, even when you're deep in the details.
