Product and Services Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product and Services Analyst based in the United States. This role provides analytical leadership across SaaS products, professional services, and FinOps functions.You’ll connect operational, commercial, and financial data to create a clear view of product and services performance.The position plays a key role in defining KPIs, dashboards, benchmarks, and analytical frameworks used by business leaders.You’ll evaluate product health, engineering investments, implementation economics, cloud costs, and profitability.Your insights will help identify performance gaps, improve resource allocation, optimize cloud spending, and strengthen SaaS economics.Working across Product, Engineering, Services, Finance, Commercial, and Cloud Operations, you’ll translate complex data into actionable recommendations.This is an opportunity to influence strategic decisions in a fully remote, data-driven environment.
