About the Role
10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable procurement professionals based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered procurement systems.

What You Will Do

- Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to procurement, sourcing, contract management, regulations, and practical aspects of procurement work

- Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements

- Draft realistic procurement scenarios based on your direct professional experience

- Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. procurement manager, supplier, business stakeholder, or auditor)

- Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated procurement content

In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true procurement reasoning, effective sourcing strategy, and practical supplier management processes. Rather than conducting traditional procurement work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about procurement processes at scale.

Who You Are

- A senior-level procurement expert with significant professional experience within the EU or UK

- Experienced in advising on, preparing, and executing sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and procurement documentation

- Skilled at evaluating processes, technical requirements, and compliance

- Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback

- Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
