Process Improvement Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Process Improvement Lead based in the United States. This role supports the launch and implementation of a new government healthcare contract by establishing the operational framework needed for successful execution.You’ll help design processes, controls, workflows, and operating practices across claims and financial services operations.The position works across multiple teams to identify process gaps, improve performance, and implement practical operational solutions.You’ll have visibility into claims and financial inventory while helping strengthen controls and workflow management.The role combines process improvement, operations, project management, and cross-functional collaboration in a highly regulated environment.You’ll work closely with senior leadership and operational teams to support a smooth transition and build scalable processes.This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced operations professional who can bring structure, analytical thinking, and continuous improvement expertise to complex initiatives.
