Process Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Process Engineer based in the United States. This is a newly created opportunity focused on bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to the integration of newly acquired partner firms.You will lead post-LOI discovery efforts to understand business processes, client workflows, technology environments, and operational models.You will translate those findings into a clear target-state architecture, identifying gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.A key part of the role is building a repeatable integration framework and toolkit where no standardized playbook currently exists.You will collaborate across Legal, Finance, Operations, Technology, Leadership, and partner organizations to develop sequenced integration roadmaps.By organizing post-close changes into coordinated releases, you will help teams anticipate transitions and reduce disruption.The role combines process engineering, systems thinking, project coordination, change management, and stakeholder engagement in a growing financial-services environment.
