Privacy Counsel

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Privacy Counsel based in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to help shape privacy and data protection practices across a rapidly evolving digital commerce environment. You will provide practical legal guidance across e-commerce, advertising, health, AI, data governance, and product development initiatives. Working closely with product, engineering, data science, advertising, and business teams, you will help embed privacy considerations into projects from the outset. The position combines strategic legal counseling with hands-on support for complex data use and regulatory matters. You will monitor global privacy developments and translate changing requirements into clear, actionable guidance. Your work will help build a scalable privacy program that enables innovation while supporting responsible and compliant data practices.
