Principal, Vice President - Team Lead - Healthcare

About the Position The Principal, Vice President - Team Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for developing leaders, scaling multiple groups, and ensuring teamwide performance, documentation, and accountability. You’ll lead through systems and ensure every Group Lead operates consistently and in alignment with TEECOM’s standards, expectations, and priorities. You’ll oversee the financial health, delivery performance, client relationships, engagement, and long-term growth of your team. You’ll partner closely with your Principal, Executive Vice President (EVP) and collaborate with Client Relations, Marketing, Finance, People Operations, and Project Delivery Team Leads to ensure your team’s plans align with company Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Your primary focus is scaling leadership—building strong Group Leads who build strong Project Leads who build strong teams.
