This senior role leads high-impact, cross-functional go-to-market programs that are central to strategic business priorities.You will shape program strategy, define success measures, and establish the governance needed to deliver complex initiatives at scale.Working across product, engineering, operations, marketing, finance, and other teams, you will connect roadmaps, resources, and dependencies.The position requires significant autonomy and strong judgment, particularly when navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.You will influence senior leaders, facilitate critical decisions, and proactively resolve risks and organizational constraints.The role also provides an opportunity to improve program management practices and introduce technology and data-driven approaches to execution.As a principal-level leader, you will help elevate execution standards across the broader organization while delivering measurable business impact.
