As we scale in a high-growth market, the questions in front of us (where to invest, how quickly to hire, which motions to double down on, how to close the gap between forecast and reality) all come down to the numbers, and this person will be the analytical force behind those decisions. Reporting to Chrissy Lo, our CFO, you'll own the operating model and GMV/variance analysis that inform how we plan, allocate capital, and measure ourselves against our goals.
