Principal Solution Consultant, PPPM

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Solution Consultant, PPPM based in Canada. This senior consulting role is responsible for shaping complex, outcome-driven engagements across project, program, and portfolio management. You will lead executive discovery, business transformation framing, outcome architecture, governance design, and advisory quality for sophisticated client environments. The role connects business strategy, operating models, technology, governance, adoption, and measurable value without owning detailed technical architecture or commercial strategy. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, Sales, Account teams, Engagement Directors, Solution Architects, and delivery leaders. A major focus will be on strengthening consulting methodology, stage-gate discipline, reusable assets, and customer outcomes. You will also coach other consultants and help elevate the overall quality and maturity of the practice.
