Principal Software Solutions Engineer/Forward Deployed

Our partner is looking for a Principal Software Solutions Engineer/Forward Deployed based in the United States. As a Principal Software Solutions Engineer/Forward Deployed, you’ll work closely with strategic customers to solve complex business and technical challenges while helping shape the evolution of a SaaS platform. You’ll combine hands-on software engineering with customer-facing consulting, architecture, and product strategy. The role requires you to design scalable solutions rather than one-off implementations, turning recurring customer needs into reusable platform capabilities. You’ll work across the full technology stack, from frontend experiences and APIs to databases, integrations, and cloud services. You’ll also influence technical direction, mentor engineers, and promote engineering excellence across the organization. This is a remote U.S. opportunity with approximately 20% travel as needed and a strong focus on the insurance technology space.
