Principal Software Engineer, Program Structure

Our partner is looking for a Principal Software Engineer, Program Structure based in United States . This is a high-impact technical leadership role focused on defining the architectural foundation for complex enterprise organizations. You will own the design and multi-quarter evolution of an enterprise organizational model spanning the broader platform. The role involves solving challenging problems around tenancy, data isolation, permissions, approvals, audit workflows, and data residency. You will guide phased delivery in a live production environment while preserving reliability and continuity for existing customers. Success requires strong product judgment, architectural depth, and the ability to influence teams beyond your direct organization. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and enterprise stakeholders to turn complex requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
