Principal Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Product Manager based in United Kingdom. This is a senior individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of complex product domains within a fast-growing fintech environment.You will define product strategy, shape multi-quarter roadmaps, and drive measurable customer, business, and operational outcomes.The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on product execution across areas such as credit, risk, payments, core platforms, and partner integrations.You will work closely with Engineering, Data, Risk, Operations, Legal, and Commercial teams to turn ambiguous challenges into scalable solutions.Success will depend on strong product judgment, rigorous use of data, and the ability to influence decisions across teams without formal authority.You will also manage relationships with external technology and financial partners, from evaluation and integration through ongoing optimization.The position offers significant autonomy and international exposure, with a particular focus on Brazilian market needs, regulation, and fintech dynamics.
