Principal Learning Experience Designer

As a Principal Learning Experience Designer, you will shape the instructional vision for an adolescent literacy intervention program serving students in grades 3–12.You will combine deep expertise in literacy, reading intervention, and learning experience design to create impactful teacher-led and student-facing experiences.The role focuses on applying current science-of-reading research to help students reading below grade level develop comprehension, vocabulary, fluency, knowledge, and confidence.You will work across print and digital environments, designing cohesive, differentiated, and evidence-based learning experiences.As a senior instructional leader, you will influence product direction while mentoring other designers and establishing standards for instructional quality.You will collaborate closely with product, research, assessment, design, engineering, accessibility, and editorial teams to solve complex learning challenges.This is an opportunity to shape innovativ...
