Our partner is looking for a Principal Human Resources Business Partner, Commercial based in the United States. This is a senior HR leadership role supporting Sales and field-based Commercial teams across the US and Canada.You’ll partner directly with senior and executive leaders to align people strategies with business priorities and growth objectives.The role combines strategic HR consulting with hands-on execution across talent, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change.You’ll help shape leadership capability, succession planning, organizational design, and the employee experience across a complex commercial organization.Working in a matrixed environment, you’ll influence stakeholders across HR, Legal, Finance, and other business functions.The position offers significant visibility and the opportunity to translate workforce insights into measurable business outcomes.Success requires strong commercial judgment, executive presence, analytical thinking, and the ability to build trust while constructively challenging leaders.
