Principal Engineer, Java with Angular

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Engineer, Java with Angular based in India. This is a senior technical leadership opportunity for an experienced engineer who can shape scalable full-stack solutions across backend and frontend ecosystems. You will combine deep hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot with strong Angular capabilities to build modern, secure, and high-performing applications. The role extends beyond implementation, with significant involvement in architecture, technical design, engineering standards, and solution decomposition. You will help raise the bar for code quality, automated testing, security, CI/CD, and cloud-native development. Collaboration with Product, Architecture, QA, Platform, and other stakeholders will be central to delivering reliable products in an Agile environment. The position is ideal for a Principal-level engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, influencing engineering decisions, and driving continuous improvement.
