We are looking for a Principal Enablement Manager, Agentic Enablement to build the operating system behind modern GTM enablement at Redis. This role sits at the intersection of enablement strategy, business operations, technology, analytics, communications, and artificial intelligence. You will design and administer just-in-time enablement workflows, establish the measurement infrastructure for field competencies and behaviors, create a structured field communications process, support high-impact sales events such as SKO, and help the GTM organization adopt AI in practical, responsible, and measurable ways.
