The Principal Compensation Analyst is a senior-level individual contributor who serves as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor on all aspects of compensation across ZoomInfo. This role is responsible for the design, development, and execution of broad-based compensation programs — including base pay structures, incentive plans, and equity programs. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Principal Compensation Analyst partners cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and senior business leaders to ensure compensation strategies are competitive, equitable, and aligned with ZoomInfo's overall business objectives and compensation strategy.
