Principal, Clinical Strategy and Execution

Our partner is looking for a Principal, Clinical Strategy and Execution based in the United States. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for shaping how a growing clinical organization operates and scales.You will build the governance infrastructure that enables clinical teams to make fast, clear, and informed strategic decisions.The role spans clinical governance, operating rhythms, OKRs, policies, risk management, and strategic clinical programs.You will work closely with senior clinical leaders while partnering across Compliance, Operations, Legal, Product, Data, Growth, and other teams.As new care and referral models are introduced, you will help establish the protocols, escalation pathways, and standards needed to scale safely.Success requires strong program leadership, operational rigor, clinical judgment, and the ability to influence without formal authority.This is an opportunity to help shape the systems that support accessible, high-quality mental healthcare at significant scale.
