Principal Clinical Data Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Clinical Data Manager based in Canada. This role offers an opportunity to provide senior-level clinical data management leadership across complex clinical research programs. You will oversee data management activities from study start-up through database lock, ensuring high standards of data quality, accuracy, and documentation. Working across mid-to-large and multi-study programs, you will lead teams of Clinical Data Managers and coordinate delivery against project requirements. The position combines hands-on expertise with program-level oversight, strategic guidance, and cross-functional collaboration. You will also help strengthen operational consistency, resource planning, and the adoption of data management best practices. As a senior subject matter expert, you will mentor colleagues and contribute to training initiatives across clinical research functions.
