Principal Agent Experience Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Agent Experience Designer based in United States. This is a pioneering principal-level design role focused on defining how AI agents interact with, navigate, and operate complex enterprise software.You will help establish a new Agentic Experience (AX) discipline that extends beyond traditional human-centered UX and human-agent collaboration.The role combines systems thinking, semantic architecture, AI interaction design, reliability, observability, and human oversight.You will design the machine-operable foundations that allow agents to execute workflows safely, reliably, transparently, and cost-effectively.Working across Product, Engineering, AI/ML, and Research, you will influence product strategy and establish standards for agent-ready experiences.You will also mentor designers and help organizations transition from interface-focused design toward process, system, and agent-oriented thinking.This is an opportunity to shape the design principles, artifacts, and operating models of an emerging AI-native product discipline.
