You will shape operational risk frameworks, governance standards, and scalable processes supporting both B2B and B2C operations. The role has broad cross-functional visibility, partnering with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Audit, Technology, Product, and Analytics teams. You will lead transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance customer outcomes.
