About the role The role of the Prescription Coordinator is based onsite at our London office and sits within the wider Operations Team. The position requires a dynamic, adaptable, and patient-centric individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems on the go. As part of this role, you will be responsible for physically transporting paper prescriptions between our London office and Reading Pharmacy. Therefore, you will need to be comfortable navigating London’s transport network, handling unexpected delays, and ensuring timely and secure delivery of prescriptions. A monthly travel card will be provided to cover all work-related travel. This position operates on a rotating shift pattern; one week from 07:30 to 16:30, followed by the next week from 09:30 to 18:30. This will ensure consistent coverage across core operational hours.
