Presales Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote, customer-facing opportunity for an experienced Solutions Engineer with strong IoT expertise.You will own the technical customer journey from discovery and solution design through implementation, launch, and ongoing success.The role combines pre-sales consulting, hands-on IoT deployment, integrations, data analysis, and technical account support.You will translate operational challenges into practical solutions involving RFID, BLE, GPS, and related connected hardware.Working closely with sales, customers, and a distributed engineering team, you will balance technical depth with clear business communication.The position offers significant ownership, exposure to complex enterprise environments, and the opportunity to solve ambiguous technical challenges across the full customer lifecycle.
