Presales and Solutions Engineer — Power Systems and Energy Software

Our partner is looking for a Presales and Solutions Engineer — Power Systems and Energy Software based in India. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role at the intersection of software engineering, power systems, and energy technology. You’ll serve as a technical and domain expert for utilities, distributed energy resource providers, and energy-software organizations across international markets. The role combines discovery, solution shaping, technical demonstrations, proposal development, and customer engagement. You’ll translate complex grid and energy-market challenges into practical software solutions while partnering closely with engineering teams. You’ll have significant autonomy in shaping customer conversations, proposals, and market positioning. The position also offers opportunities to represent the organization at industry conferences and engage directly with senior technical and business stakeholders.
