Our partner is looking for a Prep Dig (Volleyball) Event Operations Manager based in the United States. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced sports and events professional to lead the operations behind a growing portfolio of volleyball tournaments.You’ll own the event experience from planning through execution, with a strong focus on athlete, coach, and partner satisfaction.The role combines event strategy, people leadership, cross-functional coordination, and financial accountability.You’ll recruit and manage event directors, contractors, and interns while building systems that enable consistent, high-quality execution.Working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, you’ll have significant autonomy to turn ideas into action and improve how events are delivered.Your work will directly influence the experience of thousands of athletes and coaches while supporting the growth and profitability of the volleyball events business.The position is remote within the U.S. and includes approximately 10% weekend travel during peak event seasons.
