Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00PM – U.S. Business Hours Job Description We are seeking a Preconstruction Estimator to support high-end renovation projects in a fully remote environment. This role focuses on delivering accurate, defensible cost estimates through detailed digital takeoffs, technical analysis, and close virtual collaboration. The ideal candidate will review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, analyze complex renovation scopes, and evaluate existing conditions using provided documentation and photos. You will work closely with architects, subcontractors, and internal project managers, managing RFIs, leveling bids, and supporting competitive and accurate project pricing.
