About the role and what you'll be doing: 

The Practice Director – AIOps Consulting is a senior market-facing leadership role responsible for commercializing, delivering, and scaling Ensono’s AIOps consulting services. This role owns the AIOps consulting portfolio end-to-end—from service definition and go-to-market execution through client delivery and realized outcomes.

The Practice Director is accountable not only for what is sold, but for how AIOps services are delivered in the field. This includes hands-on involvement in early and strategic engagements, delivery model design, and ensuring AIOps offerings are repeatable, high-quality, and commercially sound.

This is not a pure delivery or internal product role. It is a builder-practioner-leader role focused on shaping offerings, telling a compelling AIOps story, enabling sales, and direct participation in client engagements while simultaneously shaping the AIOps consulting business.

Key Responsibilities-

AIOps Portfolio & Commercialization Leadership

  • Own the AIOps consulting services portfolio, including service definitions, value propositions, and target use cases across observability, incident reduction, predictive operations, automation, and operational intelligence.
  • Translate Ensono’s internal AIOps platforms, tooling, and IP into clearly packaged, sellable offeringswith defined scope, outcomes, and adoption paths.
  • Drive clarity around what is sellable today vs. emerging tomorrow, reducing friction between innovation and revenue.
  • Define and evolve service roadmaps aligned to client demand, market trends, and Ensono’s broader managed services and cloud strategies.

Go-To-Market & Revenue Enablement

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions teams to shape AIOps go-to-market strategy, messaging, and sales enablement.
