About the Team OpenAI’s mission is to ensure the responsible and widespread adoption of artificial intelligence. In support of that mission, the SMB Marketing team helps small and medium-sized businesses understand and adopt ChatGPT Business and OpenAI’s B2B solutions. We build a deep understanding of business owners and teams, shape relevant product narratives, and drive awareness, adoption, and growth. We take a data-driven approach to understand SMB audiences, uncover customer needs, and translate AI capabilities into practical business value. We partner closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Product, Research, Communications, and Design to deliver a cohesive customer experience across discovery, evaluation, purchase, adoption, and expansion. About the Role We are hiring a Portfolio Product Marketing Lead to define and scale OpenAI’s global audience marketing strategy for small and medium-sized businesses.
