Policy Processing Representative

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Policy Processing Representative based in the United States. As a Policy Processing Representative, you will support the accurate and efficient processing of commercial insurance policies and related transactions.You will review submissions, applications, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and other policy documentation with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.The role combines policy administration, data entry, customer service, and support for underwriting activities.You will work closely with underwriters, brokers, management, and internal teams to obtain information and resolve processing or accounting issues.Your attention to detail will help ensure policies are properly documented, rated, issued, and maintained.You will also contribute to reporting, special projects, and initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency and processes.This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity within the United States in a collaborative and fast-paced insurance environment.
