You will operate across cloud, middleware, APIs, containers, and application platforms within a global 24x7 environment. The position combines proactive monitoring, incident management, technical troubleshooting, platform administration, and continuous improvement. You will work with AWS and Azure environments alongside cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes and OpenShift.
