This is an opportunity to join a People Administration team focused on one of the most critical stages of the employee lifecycle: offboarding.You will help ensure that termination processes are accurate, legally compliant, and completed within all required deadlines.The role combines operational execution, detailed analysis, documentation, and risk management.You will work closely with managers, employees, Payroll, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure smooth and reliable processes.Your attention to detail will directly contribute to the quality and governance of employment termination procedures.The position also offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and strengthen internal controls.Fully remote, it is well suited to an organized and analytical professional looking to develop their career in People Administration.
