Job Objective

Manage, optimize, and scale digital campaigns across various advertising platforms to generate qualified leads, connecting results with HubSpot and ensuring proper conversion tracking.


Main responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads (a mandatory requirement).
  • Knowing how to create and manage campaigns on YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other platforms when necessary is a plus.
  • Set up and maintain Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion tracking, and custom events.
  • Connect forms and landing pages to HubSpot, ensuring proper lead flow and tagging.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to develop advertising materials (banners, videos, copy, etc.).
  • Develop performance marketing strategies focused on conversion and profitability.
  • Segment and optimize local and international audiences.
  • Design and/or implement customized landing pages for specific campaigns.
  • Analyze results using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and HubSpot Reports, generating periodic reports.
  • Measure the source of leads, link them to the corresponding campaigns, and evaluate their quality and conversion to sales.
  • Manage advertising budgets and optimize CPL, CPA, and ROAS.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written), as you will work with campaigns and teams in both languages.
  • Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Handling of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot and conversion tracking.
  • Experience connecting forms and landing pages to CRM (HubSpot).
  • Experience working with creative and design teams.
  • Desirable: previous experience in hospitality, real estate or growth marketing.
  • Desirable: Basic knowledge of WordPress, Webflow, Unbounce, or similar tools for creating landing pages.
