Performance Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager based in the United States. This is a hands-on performance marketing role focused on building and scaling paid acquisition from the ground up.You will own campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Reddit, taking responsibility for both execution and optimization.The role gives you end-to-end ownership, from campaign setup and landing pages to tracking, attribution, and performance reporting.You will work closely with content partners to turn positioning and messaging into high-converting campaigns for multiple customer segments.Success will depend on your ability to combine analytical rigor with creative judgment and continuous experimentation.You will also manage performance budgets against CAC, ROAS, and lead-conversion objectives.This is an ideal opportunity for an independent, data-driven marketer who enjoys building systems, testing ideas, and seeing measurable business impact.
