Performance Content Editor

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Performance Content Editor based in Mexico. Join a fast-growing e-commerce environment where creative content is measured by its ability to drive action, not simply generate awareness. In this role, you’ll transform raw UGC and existing brand assets into high-performing paid social creatives for TikTok and Meta. You’ll work closely with performance-driven content, refining hooks, pacing, messaging, and calls to action to maximize engagement and conversions. You’ll create multiple variations of each concept to support rapid creative testing and iteration. Your work will combine video editing, static ad design, light copywriting, and an understanding of direct-response principles. This is an opportunity for a hands-on editor who enjoys using creativity and performance insights to continuously improve advertising results.
