The Workday Analyst is responsible for the configuration and support of our Workday platform including: HCM, Absence, Global Benefits, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, and Journeys. 

What you’ll do

  • Support system users, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolution, leveraging Workday Community/support to resolve complex escalation points. You will be the point person to answer questions and help enable teams. 
  • Build and maintain custom reports, tools and analytics to meet team needs.  You will be well versed in the different reporting types (Advanced, Matrix, Transposed, etc), calculated fields, prompts, and filters.
  • Lead Workday enhancement and optimization projects through completion.
  • Configure and maintain Workday business processes including routing, approvals, notifications, and condition rules.
  • Support Workday bi-annual releases by reviewing release notes, performing impact analysis, coordinating testing, and implementing relevant feature updates.
