People Success Partner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a People Success Partner based in Canada. As a People Success Partner, you’ll be a hands-on operator supporting the full employee lifecycle across a distributed U.S. workforce, with additional responsibility for Japan and EMEA.You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, combining strong HR judgment with accurate, timely execution.The role spans recruiting operations, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance processes, and HR compliance.You’ll work closely with senior HR leadership and cross-functional partners to keep people operations organized, compliant, and employee-focused.You’ll also contribute to culture programs, manager training, engagement initiatives, and globally relevant HR practices.The position offers meaningful autonomy in a small, high-impact HR team where several priorities move in parallel and urgency matters.This is a remote-first opportunity suited to an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven and globally distributed environment.
