ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring a People Operations Generalist to own the systems behind how people join, grow, and move on at Tribe. We're scaling quickly and need an owner who can make our systems, processes, and programs scale as fast as the company does. Reporting to our People Operations Lead, you'll own onboarding and offboarding, our HRIS (Rippling), benefits and compliance administration, and work authorization. You'll also support new people programs as we grow. This role is equal parts building and running—and as an AI-native company, we expect our internal systems to be as thoughtful and effective as the solutions we build for clients. WHAT YOU'LL...
