POSITION SUMMARY Zencastr is seeking a People Operations Generalist to support the day-to-day administration and execution of our People Operations programs. Reporting to the People Operations Lead, this role will support the administration of employee and contractor onboarding and benefits administration and operational projects across a global workforce. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-oriented with a passion for helping people and creating exceptional employee experiences. This person will excel at managing multiple priorities, maintaining administrative excellence, and ensuring details do not fall through the cracks.
