This remote role focuses on benefits administration and leave management across a growing, globally distributed workforce.You will serve as a trusted resource for employees navigating benefits, enrollment, and different types of leave.The position combines hands-on administration, employee support, compliance, vendor management, and HRIS data accuracy.You will take ownership of annual open enrollment and create clear educational resources that help employees make informed use of their benefits.The role also offers an opportunity to improve processes and build scalable People Operations practices across multiple countries.You will collaborate closely with People Operations, Finance, payroll, benefits providers, and other internal partners.This is a high-impact opportunity to develop deep subject-matter expertise while shaping the employee experience as the organization continues to scale.
