People & Culture Lead

This is a high-impact opportunity to build and lead the People function within a fast-moving, remote-first consulting environment.You will own the full employee lifecycle, from attracting and selecting exceptional talent to onboarding, development, and offboarding.The role combines talent acquisition, people operations, and internal communications into one connected function focused on building a strong, aligned team.Working closely with founders and senior leadership, you will have significant autonomy to shape processes, policies, and the employee experience.You will bring structure to a distributed, multi-country workforce while continuously improving how the organization operates and communicates.The ideal candidate is a thoughtful builder who uses data, sound judgment, and modern AI tools to create scalable People practices.This role is designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and sees People & Culture as a strategic driver of business performance.
