People Business Intelligence Analyst

This role sits at the intersection of people analytics, business intelligence, and data engineering, helping leaders make informed workforce decisions through trusted data. You’ll own data mapping across HR systems and a cloud data warehouse, ensuring information is accurate, consistent, and well governed. You’ll build dashboards and reporting solutions that bring workforce trends and key people metrics to life. The position combines technical expertise with close collaboration across HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and leadership teams. You’ll work with sensitive employee data while applying strong privacy, access-control, and data governance practices.
