This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity focused on turning complex workforce data into trusted, actionable insights.You will combine advanced Workday Reporting expertise with strong SQL and enterprise data skills to solve meaningful business challenges.The role partners closely with HR, Legal, Compliance, Employee Relations, and business stakeholders on both strategic and sensitive data needs.You will go beyond simply fulfilling reporting requests by identifying root causes and recommending scalable, sustainable solutions.The position offers the opportunity to improve reporting through automation, AI-enabled efficiencies, self-service analytics, and stronger data governance.You will work across Workday and broader enterprise data ecosystems, considering impacts across people, processes, and technology.Success in this role requires technical depth, analytical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
